Meet Sarah

..as an ADHD parent, business owner, ex-corporate and with a late ADHD diagnosis myself, I understand many of the struggles and challenges that are thrown at us from different directions due to ADHD.

Before becoming an ADHD coach I had a coaching practice working as a Performance and Career Coach having trained with The Coaching Academy, the UK’s largest coaching organisation with is ICF accredited.

It was due to personal circumstances that I decided to do further training and specialise as an ADHD coach. When one of my children was diagnosed one thing our psychiatrist suggested for support was ADHD coaching. Unfortunately all the recommended family coaches had waiting lists of up to 12 months. So I decided to train and become one myself.

I studied to become an ADHD coach with the prestigious ADDCA in New York, the gold stamp in ADHD coach training. I also completed further specialised training to work as an ADHD coach with children and their families, under the guidance of the wonderful Caroline Maguire, creator of the family programme and author of the internationally recognised, ‘Why Will No One Play With Me?’.

Whilst I was on this personal journey I realised I identified with many of the ADHD traits myself and was also diagnosed.

I have over 1000 hours of coaching experience, I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also a qualified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Processing) Practitioner, I have a degree in Psychology and I am a member of the British Psychological Society and Division of Coaching Psychology. I am also a licensed Firework Career Coach and trained to support clients through career transitions, a keen advocate of Positive Psychology and I have always been fascinated in how we can improve ourselves and our relationships with others.

Prior to my coaching career I spent over 20 years working in senior PR and communication corporate roles, working with some of the most famous luxury brands in the world. My background gives me a strong understanding of the demands my professional clients face and I offer an empathetic approach that’s both practical and grounded in real world experience.

I ensure that I keep myself up to date with all developments and research in the ADHD community and continue to attend courses, conferences and additional learning to further benefit my clients. I am currently training in DBT as part of my journey to enhance the support I offer my clients, especially around emotional regulation and mindfulness.

I love to work with everyone aged 8 to 80! I offer different coaching packages and expertise for the following:

  • ADHD and Executive Function Coaching

  • ADHD Career Coaching

  • ADHD Family Coaching

Currently I work with clients virtually so location is no issue. I also offer in person sessions at my practice in North London.

I work with clients privately and also through the Access to Work government scheme. Please contact me if you would like to know more.
