Lauren Berg, AACC, Family Trained
Lauren is a professionally trained and certified ADHD coach specialising in coaching for adults, children (8 years +) and families.
After a long career in the fashion industry and making it through those early years of motherhood, Lauren trained with ADDCA, the gold stamp for ADHD coaching, including additional study with Caroline Macguire in ADHD family coaching.
With first hand experience of ADHD, Lauren brings a unique blend of professional knowledge and lived understanding to her practice. Her approach is compassionate, strategic, and results-driven. With a coaching philosophy that no two people or experiences are the same, her sessions aren’t either.
For families, Lauren provides coaching for both children and parents, either together or individually. Having faced similar challenges, she understands how overwhelming it can feel sometimes. Her aim is to foster peace, structure, and confidence using practical tools and support tailored to your unique needs.
Alexia Ring, AACC, Family Trained
Alexia trained with ADDCA including further advanced study in family coaching, and now supports adults, families and children (10 years +) with ADHD, ASD and AuDHD.
She is an experienced coach, a mum, and someone who was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, an experience that reshaped her understanding of herself. With several family members also living with ADHD, she understands both the challenges and the strengths that come with a differently wired brain.
Alexia’s work supports her clients to understand their unique brains so they can achieve their full potential. This includes exploring strengths, executive function and clarifying where support is needed. She is passionate about helping others reframe their experiences through a compassionate, ADHD-focused lens, supporting her clients to move from self-criticism to self-acceptance, and from surviving to thriving.
